So me and my mom(Anna) were craving something well, sweet and crunchy. So we went to the store, picked up yogurt (soy & reg.) and granola. Got home and used the fresh fruit we had (blueberries, strawberries, and mango) to create the tastiest parfaits we've ever had. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did!
Recipe:
Granola to layer the bottom
3/4 cup of yogurt
fruit(of your choice and how much you chose)
and repeat how desired.
